I've set-up the server but don't seem to be receiving mail.

    The first thing to check is the log ([Reports]/[Logs]).  
    If no mail is being received, your domain could be
    missing a DNS MX record.  Each domain for which the
    server is to receive mail MUST specify a valid mail
    exchanger (MX) in its DNS zone file.  That MX should
    be the PostConf server's IP address.  Test DNS by
    running the Unix/Linux command:

        host -at mx your_domain.com

    This will list all the MX host(s) associated with 
    your domain.  If it does not show the PostConf 
    server, contact your DNS administrator (registrar, 
    sysadmin, or ISP).
